Strict eligibility: To qualify, a vehicle must be less than six years old, have fewer than 75,000 miles, be serviced according to schedule, and include a CARFAX® Vehicle History Report.
165+ point inspection: Mercedes-Benz Authorized Technicians thoroughly assess the exterior and structure, interior finishes and safety systems, and key mechanical and electrical components. Fluids, filters, and software are checked; Mercedes-Benz-approved tires are verified; and all recall campaigns and standard services are completed before certification.
Road test: Each vehicle is evaluated on-road for steering response, braking, suspension performance, drivetrain feel, and cabin quietness—ensuring the refined, confident experience you expect from Mercedes-Benz.
Factory-backed protection: Every Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz carries any remaining 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. After that expires, the Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty provides an additional 12 months of coverage with unlimited miles.
Extend your peace of mind: For even more coverage, consider the Certified Pre-Owned Extended Limited Warranty for one or two additional years—both with unlimited miles.
Seven-Day Exchange: If you’re not completely satisfied, you can exchange your vehicle for another model within the first seven days or 500 miles, whichever comes first. (Program terms and exclusions apply.)
24/7 Roadside Assistance: Enjoy complimentary assistance for services like jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery—day or night, every day.
Trip Interruption: If a covered breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from home, you may be reimbursed for eligible expenses up to $300 per day for three days—so you can keep moving.

Yes. Factory-trained Mercedes-Benz technicians complete a thorough multi-point inspection and reconditioning process before a vehicle is certified.

Technicians examine exterior structure and finish, interior systems and safety components, electronics, powertrain, fluids and filters, and confirm completion of service campaigns. A comprehensive road test verifies comfort and performance.
You receive any remaining 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. After that, the CPO Limited Warranty adds 12 months with unlimited miles. You may also purchase a one- or two-year CPO Extended Limited Warranty, also with unlimited miles.
